The 20th search is to scrutinise a surprise short reply e-mail sent to me  by Professor Cheah Jin Seng from NUS on 9 March 2005. The subject read "RE: old Malay doctors". He thanked me for my e-mail. It is 8.29 pm.

According to Professor Cheah, information concerning the graduates of the Medical College, Singapore for the past 100 years is contained in a newly published book by the Faculty of Medicine (FOM), NUS. This book "To Sail Uncharted Seas" is available for S$60. I will need to write to the Dean, FOM, NUS for a copy.
