He was remembered by an elderly female Malay patient whom I met at Masjid Kepala Batas, Kedah, sometime after my book was published in 2012. She was on her way to go to Makkah to perform the Hajj and had stopped at Masjid Kepala Batas for briefings about the Hajj rite.
