Author's notes:

1. Managed to contact a few of his relatives.
2. His date of graduation as given by his relatives (1910) is a year earlier than that (1911) published by the NUS in To Sail Uncharted Seas (2005). The correspondent relative has verified and has evidence of his diploma, the LMS of 1910 (not 1911 as published).
3. The correspondent has informed that only a few photos of him exist; others have been destroyed by floods which hit Kuala Lumpur.
4. The family tree is intact and updated but will not be made available to public as some family members prefer to remain unknown.
