Obituary: Hajah Wan Rohani Wan Husin
My stepmother-in-law, HAJAH WAN ROHANI BT WAN HUSIN (Wae) , passed away this morning at her home in Tanah Merah, Kelantan. She never went to school and could not write her own name. She could not read romanised text but she could read the Quran. She had cared for her 5 stepchildren, her own 7 children and about 50 stray kids who have nowhere to go from entire Malaysia. This was the lady who taught me Malay values, life skills and how to cook good Malay dishes. She will be dearly missed by all. May her soul be blessed. Inna lilla hi wa inna ilai hirojiuun. Sorry for your lost. May the whole family stay strong together through this time of sadness.
May I point out that it's very dangerous to leave contact information out in the open for all eyes to see. I say this for the safety and security of you and your family. Sensitive information like this should be treated like a helpless newborn; would you simply hand the baby to an unapt baby-sitter?
